This method validation kit includes three columns, each packed with a different lot of material. The columns offer excellent retention for polar acidic analytes under reversed-phase conditions. The reversed-phase/anion-exchange mixed-mode chemistry is stable across a pH range of 2 to 10 and provides complementary selectivity to traditional C18 stationary phases, beneficial for methods development.
